Transfer your data
Personal data may be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), in accordance with the Decision of the IFPDT, ensures an adequate level of protection for personal data transferred from the European Union.
In other cases, the Controller transfers personal data in accordance with the requirements of the nLPD and GDPR, in particular based on standard contract clauses.
