Valve sacks are closed sacks that have one opening (valve) for filling products. After filling with bulk products, the valve closes under the influence of the internal pressure of the product. This system ensures a high level of tightness. There are many different types of valve, which we select in accordance with the specifics of the customer’s equipment.
The technical capabilities of our equipment allow us to print images both on the bag and on the sacks cover sheets in 1 to 8 colors.
Flap sacks can be made of several layers of paper with different physical properties. The use of a polyethylene layer in the sacks construction ensures better sealing of the sacks and improves its strength characteristics. A properly selected material structure maintains the required level of humidity and does not hinder air circulation.
